Facial Rejuvenation
Facelift (Rhytidectomy) to improve sagging facial skin by removing excess fat, tightening muscles and re-draping skin.
Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) to correct drooping upper eyelids and puffy bags below the eyes by removing excess fat and skin.
Chin & Cheek Re-Profiling (Facial Implants) to change the basic shape and balance of the face using styled implants to build up a receding chin and augment the cheeks.
Forehead Lift (Brow lift) to minimize forehead creases, drooping eyebrows, hooding eyelids, furrowed forehead and frown lines by removing excess tissue and re-draping skin.
Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty) to reshape the nose by reducing or increasing size, removing hump, changing shape of tip or bridge, narrowing span of nostrils or changing the angle between nose and upper lip. It may also improve some breathing problems.
Ear Surgery (Otoplasty) to set prominent ears back closer to the head, or reduce the size of large ears. Can be performed for adults and children 4 to 14 years old.

Most of Dr. Farella's patients choose to have their surgical procedure at his own, state-of-the-art, same-day operating facility exclusively designed and equipped for plastic surgery. Dr Farella's operating room is accredited by AAAASF. The assisting anesthetist specializes in ambulatory surgery for cosmetic patients, eliminating the need and expense of overnight stays in a hospital. The nurses are also specially trained in cosmetic surgery care. Dr. Farella's team combines the highest quality of skills and care available. However, if the patient needs or prefers hospital care, Dr. Farella is credentialed to operate in community hospitals. Special arrangements can also be made for out-of-town patients and for private duty nurses.
